Subject:  Celebrating Death 

Matthew 10:28 - "And fear not them which kill the body, but are not able to kill the soul: but rather fear him which is able to destroy both soul and body in hell."

Tomorrow is the anniversary of that infamous day in 2001.  People bent on killing and destroying were able to mastermind a cruel and evil plot and carry it out to "success" or was it?  Al-Zawahiri, Osama Bin Laden's number 2 man supposedly released another video tape on yesterday.  This is part of their plan to steal the joy of life from Americans and those who disagree with them.  Their intent to steal, kill and destroy can only come from the evil one and we know that this is "his" plan also.

For people who have as their goal the physical injury and even death of their adversaries, they revel in this short-term goal and on anniversaries such as we have tomorrow, they try to mark it with something significant, whether it be another attack or some other gesture.  

Today I've got news for those terrorists and all the people in the world who want to make your life and my life painful.  We aren't scared of you.  We as believers are told not to fear those who can kill the body and that's all they can do.  God has already given us the victory even in the war on terror because while they celebrate death in the thousands that they can physically kill, we celebrate life in the One who eternally lives and we will reign with Him.

Now kill that bad guys!!!
