Steven Curtis Chapman has always been known in the Christian music world as one of those sincere artists who lives what he sings about.  Those words are put to the test in his life personally now because yesterday his 5 year-old daughter was hit and killed in the driveway by her teenage brother who was driving the family SUV.  It will surely be a challenging time for the Chapman family, but surely this is when the music plays in his life.

When does your music play?  The question I'm really asking is, when is your belief put to the test and does it hold up?  See we all write songs about what we believe by the way we live each day.  That's what Steven Curtis does and if you listen to his music, it's about every day stuff.  Well the challenges of life are everyday stuff too and when they happen, you should hear the music of your beliefs coming in to tell you that God is in control and that the Romans verse works.

Today listen to the music and see if it's a song that sounds good when the going gets tough.
