Subject: Wholesale Or Retail?
Romans 5:2 - "By whom also we have access by faith into this grace wherein we stand, and rejoice in hope of the glory of God."
With the advent of the internet and new-fangled ways to buy, such as Direct-Buy, Costco or Sam's, ordinary people can get much cheaper prices on things by buying them wholesale rather than retail. Wholesale is the way companies sale to retailers. By buying in volume they get much cheaper items. I found this out in a big way recently when I ordered 240 razors on Ebay. I normally pay $1.60 per razor when I buy 5 of them. I paid .41 cents a razor when I bought them in bulk on Ebay; what a deal.
Before Jesus Christ, we had a "retail religion." Whether it was the patriarchs such as Abraham or Moses, or the kings after they were instituted, believers had a "middle man." When Jesus Christ was crucified, the scripture says that wall of separation was torn away. We now have access through faith and can commune and communicate directly with God. We are like Direct Buy or Sam's. We have a wholesale faith that goes straight to "The Supplier."
Today, understand the benefits of wholesale. Whether it is a material purchase or your faith. When you can go straight to the source, you can really make out.
