Subject:  When You've Found The Savior - 3

Luke 2:16 - 18 "And they came with haste, and found Mary, and Joseph, and the babe lying in a manger.  And when they had seen it, they made known abroad the saying which was told them concerning this child.  And all they that heard it wondered at those things which were told them by the shepherds."

Luke 2:20 - "And the shepherds returned, glorifying and praising God for all the things that they had heard and seen, as it was told unto them."

When you've found the Savior, you'll move with a sense of urgency.  Secondly, because it is such a profound discovery, you'll desire to share Him with the world.

The final reaction will be to do what the shepherds did.  Glorify and praise Him.  That would be a great start for us as we approach Christmas day.  With all of the other activities that normally take place during Christmas, we often forget that we should be celebrating like we've found the Savior, because indeed we have and a great one at that.  It is the birthday party for Jesus Christ our Lord and The Savior that we've been waiting for.

Once again, act like a shepherd on that first Christmas.  Glorify and praise the Child that was born and reigns forever and ever.
