Subject:  What Are You Tuned In To? 

Mark 4:23 - 24a "If any man have ears to hear, let him hear.  And he said unto them, Take heed what ye hear..."

It's always interesting whenever I borrow someone's car or even when I rent an automobile.  I always scroll through the programmed or stored radio stations to imagine what kind of person owns the car or drove the car last.  I think you can tell a lot about a person by the radio stations they have saved or stored in their car.  I got in one friends car and afterwards harassed them about how difficult it was to find a Christian radio station.  

We seriously need to consider what we allow into our minds via our ears.  As I tell my students at school, don't become a "human trash can" for all of the filth that the world wants to pour into you.  The world does it mostly through our eyes and our ears.

Today, take heed what you hear.  While it is quite easy to reprogram your radio stations, it's much more difficult to reprogram your mind.  Watch what you have tuned in.
