Subject:  How God Knows

Hebrews 4:15 - 16 "For we have not an high priest which cannot be touched with the feeling of our infirmities; but was in all points tempted like as we are, yet without sin.  Let us therefore come boldly unto the throne of grace, that we may obtain mercy, and find grace to help in time of need."

I was telling family and friends how overwhelmed with all that I've been doing lately and starting a new job and being "clueless" about it, didn't help.  So as I took out on the road yesterday, listening to the In Touch radio program, I heard the speaker, Charles Stanley talking about how Satan will sometimes wait until we are worn down and then try to attack us because that's what he did with Christ.  I began to marvel that that particular message was on right when I needed to hear it.  Then I realized, oh yea, God knows exactly what I need when I need it and that's because He's been there.

The answer and solution for it is just as verse 16 says, "come boldly unto the throne of grace...and find grace to help in time of need."  I don't have to keep trudging along trying to make it.  I can come before him and be refreshed and motivated and get back on track.

Today if you're feeling worn down or overwhelmed as I have been, you might not get your load lightened but there is someone who is able to help you carry that load.  The help is there for the asking because "He knows" how heavy it is.  He has carried much more and is able to carry all that you have.
