Subject:  A Little Perspective

Philippians 4:19 - "But my God shall supply all your need according to his riches in glory by Christ Jesus."   

It is hard sometimes to simply trust in God.  Quite simply with things like the lottery, our minds are slowly and subtly being programmed against trusting, believing and waiting on God. 

Here is a little perspective on the lottery:

A dreamer looking to win the $325 million Big Game lottery is 16 times more likely to get killed driving to the gas station to buy a ticket.  The odds that the earth will be destroyed by a meteorite are thousands of times higher than that a single person would get the winning ticket.  A person's chance of being hit by lightning in a lifetime is 1 in 9100 - more than 8,000 times more likely than winning the $325 million jackpot. 

What are the odds that God will supply all of your needs according to His riches in glory?  It's 100%
